Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to generate leads, qualify inbound leads from marketing, website inquiries, and trade shows, research opportunities, and schedule discovery meetings.
  • •Database Management & Research: Update and manage client/prospect contact information, research company profiles and decision-makers, create targeted prospect lists, track lead performance metrics, and use Salesforce to track interactions and forecasts.
  • •Sales Support & Customer Service: Follow up on payments, resolve issues with Finance, address customer inquiries, escalate complex cases, and support sales managers with research and proposals.
  • •Pipeline Development & Nurturing: Build relationships with early-stage prospects, conduct introductory calls, qualify opportunities, transition leads to sales reps, maintain follow-up schedules, and collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns.
  • •Performance & Data Tracking: Maintain up-to-date lead data, report on lead performance, and ensure SLA timeframes are met

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent working experience
  • •1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
