The Vehicle Operations Assistant supports the readiness and day-to-day operations of Lucid vehicles before delivery, coordinating with the Delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle movements, inventory readiness, and lot organization in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external.
•Facilitating vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lots.
•Managing inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as required.
•Assisting in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale.
•Coordinating with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducting inspections and logging paperwork as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required.
•Basic automotive knowledge.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
