Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain web-based applications using React.js for the frontend and Java/J2EE for the backend to support business requirements
•Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
•Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to deliver integrated solutions
•Adopt modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM) and ensure code quality through reviews and testing
•Benchmark, optimize performance, and ensure secure communication with RESTful APIs and JWT-based authorization

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model, with deep knowledge of React.js and its core principles
•Experience with HTML5/CSS3 and popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
•Familiarity with EcmaScript 6+ and data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
•Knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token)
•Strong Java/J2EE knowledge, ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, and 4-6 years of relevant experience
