Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a deep understanding of home service customers and how they source, price, order, and track materials.
  • •Drive complex, business-critical Supply product initiatives by defining vision, strategy, and a roadmap across supplier catalogs, materials management, and job costing.
  • •Prioritize opportunities into a cohesive roadmap that ties customer needs and supplier partners to Jobber’s business goals.
  • •Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic bets across end-to-end workflows.
  • •Define and monitor key product metrics and partner with teams (Business Development, Sales, Success, Product Marketing, and others) to launch and scale new ideas.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping and delivering long-term outcomes.
  • •Experience taking a new product or product area from zero to one, shaping strategy amid ambiguity, validating with customers, and driving adoption.
  • •Proven ability to influence roadmap decisions across teams you don’t own using customer evidence and business cases.
  • •Experience building on or integrating with external platforms and partners (e.g., catalogs, APIs, commerce, marketplace-style products).
  • •Comfort operating across a broad product surface rather than specializing deeply in a single area.
