•Provide strategic and operational leadership for the region with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, market share, and new dealer/customer development.
•Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team across sales and operations, establishing vision and accountability.
•Own full P&L responsibility, including budget attainment for residential and light commercial equipment, parts, supplies sales, margin, and regional financial performance.
•Foster a customer-centric culture, strengthen customer loyalty, and ensure effective resolution of escalated customer and national account issues.
•Drive cross-functional alignment and operational excellence across locations, ensuring sales process adoption, discipline, and compliance with EHS and quality standards; travel ~40% including overnight travel.

•Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with acceptable driving record.
