Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL, API, event-based) to support millions of events monthly
  • •Architect and optimize backend systems using Python, Postgres, and Temporal
  • •Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end, from planning through deployment
  • •Work closely with the product team to develop data-powered features
  • •Improve observability, scalability, and performance across our systems

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years backend or data engineering experience (ideally at a high-growth startup or data/ai-focused company)
  • •Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
  • •Experience with Python, Postgres, and data pipelines preferred
  • •Ability to own problems end-to-end and ship high-impact features
  • •Bonus: experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration platforms
