Key Responsibilities

•Lead assessment of client environments to design and implement structured controls & performance solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
•Analyze, document findings and prepare recommendations reports across stages of client engagements.
•Lead workshops (virtual and face-to-face) with client representatives and distribute insights to stakeholders.
•Collaborate within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams across client sites and remotely to deliver outcomes.
•Deploy methodologies, processes, tools and systems, tailoring them to specific projects; contribute to continuous improvement and internal initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the Defence Sector; experienced professional (3-5 years in Project Controls) with a Master’s degree or equivalent desirable.
•Experience of working on major capital projects/programmes covering PMO/controls & performance roles (schedule, cost, risk, change or performance reporting) in infrastructure (defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities) or similar.
•Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance or a specific function.
•Familiarity with developing controls & performance integrated processes and digital solutions to create a single source of truth for informed decision making.
•Experience writing/presenting reports and navigating complex stakeholder environments, engaging with C-suite/executive client teams; proficient in Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams, Primavera, PRISM, Power BI or similar.
