Key Responsibilities

•Lead downstream engineering activities within global refurbishment to deliver B-grade output for the aftersales markets.
•Maintain, coordinate, and deliver engineering processes, governance, and technical decision-making for refurbishment engineering across EMEA.
•Drive yield, cost, and throughput improvements through data-led analysis.
•Lead process optimisation initiatives in collaboration with internal and external operations teams, equipment suppliers, and Dyson support functions.
•Support the development and launch of B-grade products into global markets.
