Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage technical audits—covering Strategy, Business Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions, from planning to reporting; support audits of Project Delivery and Asset/Platform Management, including Engineering and QHSE.
  • •Manage the audit team to ensure quality work and timely completion.
  • •Submit audit deliverables for quality review to Quality Reviewer and liaise to ensure all deliverables are reviewed before submission.
  • •Provide on-the-job training and feedback to audit team for development.
  • •Develop and deliver annual operational plans and KPIs for the unit and contribute to performance monitoring and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Engineering
  • •CFA/CPA/ACA
  • •CIA/CFE is an asset
  • •At least 8 years’ experience in auditing/advisory of Business Development & M&A transactions/financial modelling
  • •Experience relating to internal audit of corporate and business units’ processes
