Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate the delivery of highway and bridge projects for municipal, provincial, federal, and other private-sector clients.
  • •Lead project planning activities including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • •Coordinate internal design teams, sub-consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • •Support procurement by preparing and reviewing proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
  • •Prepare and review project documentation and facilitate client meetings, progress reviews, and coordination sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of project management experience delivering bridge, highway, and/or municipal roadway and/or general transportation projects.
  • •PEng or PMP.
  • •Experience delivering municipal roadway and/or highway and/or bridge projects (preferred 8+ years).
  • •Experience working with local municipal, provincial, federal, and/or private-sector clients.
  • •Knowledge of local jurisdiction standards, specifications, and project delivery practices, with experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and public-sector clients.
