Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead change and transformation workstreams, providing guidance and direction to team members and client staff.
  • •Deliver key client outputs such as change strategies, communication and engagement plans, presentations, and reports.
  • •Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
  • •Manage client relationships and identify and realise business development opportunities.
  • •Lead or contribute to bid proposal preparation and mentor junior team members (including line management where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on change management experience with a proven track record of delivering tangible results using business change methodologies.
  • •Experience managing programme/project delivery in complex change environments with multiple workstreams.
  • •Expertise in operating model design and implementation, including organisational design and development.
  • •Experience designing and facilitating client workshops, managing stakeholders in large organisations, and producing high-quality deliverables under challenging timescales.
  • •Change management and transformation qualifications are favourable (e.g., MSP, APMG Change Management, Prosci) and experience in relevant sectors (infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, real estate) is desired.
