Job Summary

Lead a team to manage the estimation process and develop accurate project bids. Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, sales, and manufacturing to ensure high-quality proposals that support growth and profitability from the Pune, India location on a Hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end estimation process for Y Special Pre-Order deliveries and support order booking packages.
•Coordinate with customers, channels partners, sales, marketing, technology, other estimators, Sales Support resources, and factory to establish proposal requirements.
•Develop and implement Global Y specials templates and processes for professional proposals (SFDC, CPQ, SAP) to demonstrate business benefits.
•Maintain and improve standard workflows and SOPs to avoid redundancy and drive productivity.
•Lead post-order activities including review of orders, drawings, and engineering specs to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Automation, Technology, or equivalent knowledge/experience
•10-12 years of experience in Instrumentation sales support/Engineering
•Experience in supporting customers/end users across multiple verticals and networking with OEMs, EPCs and consultants
•Knowledge of Field Instrumentation products (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analytical instruments) and solutions in industrial automation
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, SFDC/SAP/CPQ and other web-based collaboration tools
