Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Changes: Assist in the implementation of standard Change Requests, such as port configurations or firewall rule updates, following established safety protocols.
  • •Monitor & Respond: Act as the first line of defense for network alerts, troubleshooting Wi-Fi drops and ISP outages.
  • •Rapid Learning: Actively seek to understand the nuances of our multi-vendor environment through hands-on practice and mentorship.
  • •Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams and IPAM databases to ensure team-wide visibility for all network changes.
  • •Collaborate with the network team to ensure stable and secure multi-vendor infrastructure support.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years in IT networking or a recent degree/certification (CCNA, PCNSAB).
  • •Foundational knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP, and basic routing/switching concepts.
  • •Basic familiarity with enterprise-grade hardware (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Extreme Networks or Aruba wireless).
  • •Demonstrated interest in moving beyond a single-vendor mindset across networking platforms.
  • •Disciplined approach to following Change Management workflows and documenting technical steps.
