Key Responsibilities

  • •Prep tanks for leak testing, including plugging tank orifices.
  • •Operate hydraulic leak test machine and pressurize tanks to locate leaks.
  • •Repair leaks using TIG weld; apply required studs using an electric stud welding gun.
  • •Use crane to remove tanks from the line/leak tester and palletize; clean inside using sweeping and vacuum.
  • •Perform final quality/visual inspection and document non-conformances using tracking system and Material Reject Tags.
