Key Responsibilities

•Manage US accounting, reporting, and compliance end-to-end, including bookkeeping, technical GAAP calls, tax filings, and audit coordination.
•Lead month-end close and maintain US GAAP controls for revenue recognition, accruals, capitalization, and reconciliations.
•Handle US federal/state corporate tax and international tax workstreams, including estimates, filings, entity structures, and transfer pricing.
•Own payroll compliance, including payroll taxes, filings, and the PEO/provider relationship.
•Lead audit preparation and reporting for annual financial statements, investor updates/due diligence, and supporting dashboards/variance analysis; automate finance processes to reduce manual work and error risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually
