Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage US accounting, reporting, and compliance end-to-end, including bookkeeping, technical GAAP calls, tax filings, and audit coordination.
  • •Lead month-end close and maintain US GAAP controls for revenue recognition, accruals, capitalization, and reconciliations.
  • •Handle US federal/state corporate tax and international tax workstreams, including estimates, filings, entity structures, and transfer pricing.
  • •Own payroll compliance, including payroll taxes, filings, and the PEO/provider relationship.
  • •Lead audit preparation and reporting for annual financial statements, investor updates/due diligence, and supporting dashboards/variance analysis; automate finance processes to reduce manual work and error risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Own the general ledger and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close in US GAAP, including revenue recognition, accruals, capitalization, and reconciliations.
  • •Run US federal and state corporate tax plus international tax, including quarterly estimates, filings, cross-border entity structures, and transfer pricing.
  • •Own payroll compliance, including payroll taxes, filings, and managing the PEO/provider relationship.
  • •Lead audits and reporting, including annual financial statements, audit preparation, investor updates and due diligence, and variance analyses.
  • •5+ years of experience including Big 4/public accounting, with deep US GAAP financial-statement expertise and hands-on US + international tax across multi-entity structures and complex reconciliations.
