Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Personal Banking end-to-end, including product strategy, propositions, and business performance across personal money management, banking, savings, investments, and money movement.
  • •Build a personal banking experience with high customer adoption and advocacy, and define the acquisition, activation, retention, and compounding loops.
  • •Raise the craft bar across copy, latency, empty states, and overall consumer experience.
  • •Drive meaningful AI adoption in product features and improve user outcomes where AI makes a difference.
  • •Build and scale the product org—recruit, lead, coach product managers, and establish cadence and culture to deliver pace and quality.

  • •10+ years building consumer products with experience owning growth and economics, not only roadmaps.
