Key Responsibilities

•Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of our Professional Services deployment methodology and packaged service offerings.
•Work with Account Executive and Customer Success Managers to determine Services Strategy for customer base accounts.
•Present Workday's Customer Experience overview (full portfolio of service offerings) and conduct services discovery sessions.
•Create and validate Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans.
•Nurture mutually helpful relationships with Workday Service Partners.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in Professional Services sales, preferably in ERP solutions.
•Proven ability in managing complex services sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful service revenue and profitability attainment.
•Experience in consulting and project delivery is preferred.
•Strong knowledge of vendors, products, and services in the ERP application space.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; ability to travel 10% or more of the time; fluent Japanese and business English.
