Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales using cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations, meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining floor/stockroom standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow a flexible retail schedule (nights, weekends, peak busy season, holidays).
