Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide courteous, engaging service and complete complex and standardized client transactions while maintaining accurate records and correct handling of funds.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) to improve their banking experience.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calling, checking offers, and identifying client needs/opportunities for appropriate referrals.
  • •Maintain and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver solutions for clients’ unique needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
