•Develop, execute, and manage project plans for UIR installations and upgrades.
•Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

•Develop manpower allocation plans for UIR projects and optimize resource deployment by monitoring utilization and skill gaps.
•Work closely with Knowledge Management to ensure training readiness and drive closure of training or certification gaps, improving site efficiency and self-sufficiency.
