Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations. Complete vehicle securement and confirmations, resolve discrepancies, and assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising. Collaborate with Buyers and Purchasing Managers while following CarMax EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean work area.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure correct optioning of vehicles and update inventory information.
•Capture high-quality wholesale vehicle images for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations, verify appraisal details, and resolve discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising as needed, including onboarding support and EH&S compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.7 - 29.9 hourly
