Key Responsibilities

•Explore and conceptualise design solutions and lead, develop and take a design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solutions.
•Support Design Directors and fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support project goals.
•Conduct conceptual exploration, creating alternative design solutions to ensure no stone is left unturned.
•Evaluate design options, develop and push to find big ideas based on design strategy and creative brief.
•Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency.
•Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
•An impressive portfolio demonstrating recent work with a track record of creative idea generation and development.
•Excellent and current creative and design trend knowledge and skills.
•Native Japanese language skills, strong knowledge of Japanese typography.
