Key Responsibilities

•Performs skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work involving repair, alteration, fabrication, and installation of wooden and related structures within hospital facilities.
•Carries out carpentry repairs and replacements for interior and exterior areas, including doors, windowsills, frames, cabinets, drawers, partitions, and fixtures.
•Carries out masonry works, marble polishing, repairs, grouting, wall painting, etc. across hospital facilities.
•Ensure compliance with hospital safety procedures, infection control requirements, and Facilities Management standards during all carpentry activities.
•Coordinates with other maintenance trades, including civil, electrical, and mechanical teams, to support integrated maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

•10 years school certificate with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the civil maintenance works
•Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare organization’s maintenance department or similar institution.
•Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, techniques, and finishing methods.
•Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance workflows.
•Skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
