Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Assist lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale, including stickering and marking vehicles.
•Move vehicles using a lot tow truck or forklift and operate the service truck to support the driver team.
•Scan the lot and use electronic devices to record vehicle movements for inventory accuracy.
•Support vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles, adding fluids, adding air to tires, and verifying vehicle status.
•Maintain safe work areas and report incidents or hazards; handle removal of personal property and support efficient sale-day flow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements.
•Able to safely drive tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck.
•Automotive or auction experience preferred.
•Proficiency with computer systems and applications; obtain and maintain forklift certification.
