Job Summary

Lead the OFCI project management for data center equipment, acting as the client’s representative to oversee OFE/FIA activities, coordinate across vendors and contractors, manage schedules and risks, and deliver on scope, time, cost, and quality with on-site presence and strong stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage OFE; monitoring and reporting on vendor and integrator off site activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client strategies.
•Perform in depth contract and scope of work reviews with gap analysis, ensuring all contractual scope is covered between the vendors and site contractors teams.
•Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various client departments and contractors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.
•Provide regular (weekly) progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and fostering trust throughout the project lifecycle.
•Manage OFE schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to guide project execution effectively. Ensuring ROS (required on site) dates correlate between schedule and vendors.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years in Supply chain coordinator (or OFCI) and / or Project Management capacity working on complex, large scale projects. Data Center Industry experience is preferred.
•Experience in Construction / Engineering, preferably Mechanical & Electrical, or equivalent industry experience.
•Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate across teams.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Superb communication skills in English – with Danish as a nice to have.
•Proactive, efficient, and problem-solving PM mentality. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and construction logistics for critical Data Center equipment (or similar industrial equipment). Proficiency in EDMS systems (ACC is preferred) and project management tools.
