Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker I through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and set appointments using CAMP marketing tools. Cross-sell, support outside sales activities, partner with business teams, process teller transactions, and help deliver customer experience and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial review appointments.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and support outside sales activities, including referrals with business partners.
•Process teller transactions and follow retail procedures to mitigate fraud and manage risk while meeting customer experience and production goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
