Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the nursing team to provide patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care.
  • •Ensure evidence-based patient care practices are followed according to clinical standards.
  • •Develop employees and create an environment for team engagement to improve patient care experience.
  • •Manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources efficiently to enhance safe patient care.
  • •Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and clinical standards to support continuous quality improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised or accredited Nursing Institute.
  • •At least 5 years’ nursing experience in Endoscopy.
  • •At least 2 years’ senior nursing experience as a Team Lead/Charge Nurse in the Endoscopy unit.
  • •ERCP experience.
  • •Ability to apply the Scientific Nursing Process and relevant governance/regulatory standards.
