Support the Lease Administration team by managing the cradle-to-grave leasing process, including master agreement management, lease schedule creation/administration, and closeout/buyout execution. Coordinate across sourcing, inventory, configuration, property administration, IT field services, and finance to maintain strong asset management controls.

•Manage the cradle-to-grave leasing process, including master agreement management, lease schedule creation/management, and closeout/buyout execution.
•Facilitate creation, execution, administration, and closure of lease schedules.
•Ensure accuracy of lease documentation, including asset serialization and receipt validation.
•Perform invoice reconciliation for monthly lease rent, property tax, early termination, asset buyouts, and required as-needed items; identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
•Coordinate across sourcing, inventory management, configuration management, property administrators, IT management representatives, IT field services, and finance to maintain accurate asset management controls through return/buyout.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven experience with finance, accounting, and asset management, or 9+ years of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
•Strong research and analytical skills with in-depth finance and accounting background.
•Experience with IT hardware leasing and asset management (including lease schedules, documentation accuracy, and buyouts).
•Accounting knowledge supporting invoice reconciliation, lease payment validation, fee processing, refund identification, and accurate financial recordkeeping.
•Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Oracle-based applications (SC360, Peoplesoft, Oracle Financials).
