Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of land development and municipal engineering projects, from concept design through construction and municipal inspection.
•Guide technical design for stormwater management, grading, drainage, water and sanitary servicing, roadway and access design, and utility coordination.
•Oversee and review engineering drawings, reports, models, and submissions to ensure alignment with municipal and provincial standards.
•Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated, efficient project execution.
•Prepare and contribute to detailed engineering deliverables including technical reports, cost estimates, and design documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 122,900 - 162,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and registration as a P.Eng. in Alberta
•10+ years of progressive engineering experience in land development and municipal infrastructure
•Strong experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, drainage design, and development engineering
•Proficiency with Civil 3D or equivalent design modeling tools
•Excellent technical writing skills (design reports, cost estimates, regulatory documentation) and ability to mentor junior engineers
