Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of land development and municipal engineering projects, from concept design through construction and municipal inspection.
  • •Guide technical design for stormwater management, grading, drainage, water and sanitary servicing, roadway and access design, and utility coordination.
  • •Oversee and review engineering drawings, reports, models, and submissions to ensure alignment with municipal and provincial standards.
  • •Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated, efficient project execution.
  • •Prepare and contribute to detailed engineering deliverables including technical reports, cost estimates, and design documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 122,900 - 162,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and registration as a P.Eng. in Alberta
  • •10+ years of progressive engineering experience in land development and municipal infrastructure
  • •Strong experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, drainage design, and development engineering
  • •Proficiency with Civil 3D or equivalent design modeling tools
  • •Excellent technical writing skills (design reports, cost estimates, regulatory documentation) and ability to mentor junior engineers
