Client Advisor serves Hermes Korea clients by understanding their needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions, and acting as the voice of the client within the organization. The role involves daily client interactions, order generation in the backoffice, brand training, and ensuring exceptional service in a luxury retail context.
