Job Summary

Execute investment banking transactions for Investment Companies and Funds, supporting M&A, strategic advisory, equity capital markets, fundraising, and financing initiatives. Build and maintain complex financial models and perform valuation (DCF, comps, precedents, NAV, SOTP) to support client work. Conduct sector and company research, draft client materials and documentation, coordinate due diligence workstreams, and help support business development with senior bankers in London.

•Support execution of M&A, strategic advisory, equity capital markets, and fundraising transactions.
•Coordinate due diligence processes and manage transaction workstreams.
•Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
•Conduct market, industry, and company research to support client engagements.
•Assist in drafting offering memoranda, client presentations, board materials, and transaction documentation while liaising with clients and advisers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic achievement.
•3–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, equity research, or related financial services.
•Strong understanding of M&A, equity capital markets, and valuation methodologies.
•Experience working with financial institutions, asset managers, investment companies, REITs, infrastructure funds, or alternative investment platforms.
•Demonstrated transaction execution experience with strong financial modelling/analytical skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
