•Build decision systems and internal tools using frontier models to improve manufacturing and supply chain productivity.
•Own tools end to end, iterating with the people who use them from conception through production.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of production software engineering experience in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with the ability to work in an arbitrary language to build AI coding tools.
•Strong full-stack development skills building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks).
•Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
•Daily, demonstrable use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) with concrete examples of tools and skills built.
•Ability to work autonomously, identifying problems, designing solutions, and shipping results with minimal direction.
