Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line HR advice and practical support to managers and employees on people matters and policies.
  • •Support employee relations cases, including absence management, performance concerns, conduct issues, flexible working requests, and wellbeing matters.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including recruitment administration, onboarding, probation, employee changes, transfers, contractual amendments, and offboarding.
  • •Support payroll processes by coordinating employee changes and ensuring payroll inputs are submitted correctly and on time; liaise to resolve payroll and benefits queries.
  • •Maintain accurate employee and organisational data in HR systems and produce routine HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
