Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and deploy industrialization strategy for NPI, product upgrades, and design change packages aligned to business and operational objectives.
  • •Establish and govern industrialization processes, methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • •Own the industrialization governance framework, including stage-gate reviews, risk management, and operational readiness assessments.
  • •Lead and prioritize the industrialization portfolio across multiple high-complexity programs, balancing priorities, resources, risks, and capacity constraints.
  • •Lead, develop, and coach a team of industrialization professionals across multiple disciplines and locations to build capabilities and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Sciences, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 15 years (Bachelor’s) or 10 years (Master’s) in Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, NPI, or related fields.
  • •8+ years of leadership experience in industrialization/manufacturing or related domains.
  • •Experience establishing and governing industrialization processes, methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • •Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, and APICS/ASCM certifications.
