Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as project procurement manager, connecting MECH suppliers with engineering teams to support NPI procurement across major design milestones.
  • •Manage schedule changes based on design status and project timelines to secure schedules and support time-to-market goals.
  • •Track BOM structure and part numbers, release forecasts and demand orders, and negotiate supplier delivery schedules.
  • •Reduce shortages and excess inventory through proactive planning and supplier engagement.
  • •Mitigate supply chain risks by collaborating with engineering, planning, and procurement in a cross-functional environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in ODM/OEM manufacturing or server system solution industries.
  • •Procurement and supply chain principles proficiency, including vendor/supplier management.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, die casting, plastic injection mold, CNC, NCT, and MIM.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint (pivots, VLOOKUPs) for analysis and presentations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business/Industrial Engineering Management/Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
