Job Summary

Support Americas logistics by analyzing logistics data, monitoring network performance, and driving continuous improvement across transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Develop logistics dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reports using SAP, TMS, Power BI, Excel, and AI tools. Perform root-cause analysis, support budgeting and forecasting, assist with capacity planning, and provide decision support and liaison work with warehouses, carriers, railroads, and 3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Support logistics strategies to improve service levels, reliability, and cost performance.
•Analyze freight, warehouse, carrier, and OTIF performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
•Develop and maintain logistics dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reports using SAP, TMS, Power BI, Excel, and AI tools.
•Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve supply chain performance.
•Support logistics budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, capacity planning, and report results of logistics improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field (preferred).
•3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or analytics.
•Experience with SAP, TMS, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
•Unrestricted right to work in the US.
