Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers and refer customers internally to meet needs and deepen relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.

  • •Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance (including digital channels).
  • •Demonstrated acumen in banking products, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, and colleague development.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
