Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute regional growth strategies, strategic planning initiatives, and key account plans to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • •Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with regional leaders, technical experts, and client teams to advance priority pursuits.
  • •Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities.
  • •Lead strategic capture planning and major pursuits, using market intelligence and client insights to improve win rates and secure high-value projects.
  • •Oversee and mentor the regional proposals and pursuits team, ensuring best practices and effective governance and positioning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 122,100 - 179,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in engineering, business, marketing, communications, sciences, or related disciplines.
  • •8–10 years of relevant business development and growth experience in a professional services (or equivalent) firm.
  • •Experience developing and executing capture and/or strategic pursuit planning, including strategy and proposal management.
  • •Experience leading a team, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a multi-task, deadline-driven environment.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with proposal management and/or writing (engineering/sciences consulting an asset).
