Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for Colorado-based IT support issues and assist with computer questions, hardware upgrades, permissions, and printers
  • •Pick up, support, and close IT service desk tickets, escalating out-of-scope items when needed
  • •Support onboarding by coordinating Golden new-hire onboarding and provisioning Mac/Windows/Linux laptops via MDM (Fleet)
  • •Administer end-user SaaS permissions and troubleshoot access for SSO accounts (Okta, Google Workspace, O365, Slack, Atlassian)
  • •Maintain IT documentation, provide AV break/fix support for conference rooms, and assist with network upgrades/expansion efforts
