Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipment, process, and training.
  • •Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and support defect reduction activities to meet Fab objectives.
  • •Use technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, and written/verbal instructions with tools and test equipment.
  • •Support equipment/process training and documentation as needed for module operations.
  • •Work on a Compressed Work Week schedule with availability across shifts (4/5/6/7) in Ocotillo Technology Fabrication (Fab52/42/32/12).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years related hands-on experience (or military technical experience), or 1+ year in related equipment maintenance, or 1+ year technical/trade certification (or 2+ years technical experience) OR an associate degree in a STEM-related field.
  • •Experience performing hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance on 300mm semiconductor equipment (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to lift 25-pound parts 1-2 times per shift (on average).
  • •Ability to climb and perform work on ladders 1-3 times per shift (on average).
  • •Work effectively with minimal supervision while adjusting to rapidly changing priorities.
