SRAM Process Development Engineer

Own SRAM memory device development within TI’s Advanced Technology Development team, partnering with wafer fabrication facilities and multiple design groups. You’ll define and execute SRAM bitcell/process integration work, including SWR/DOE experimentation, test structure definition, characterization, data analysis, and design rule/process control document generation. Drive SRAM yield and qualification while creating simulation-backed insights to deliver high-density, reliable, production-worthy memory technology on schedule and within budget.
