Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver SRAM memory device development with a small development team, producing high-density, reliable, production-worthy technology on schedule and within budget.
  • •Partner with wafer fabrication facilities to manage device definition, creation, demonstration, and delivery.
  • •Define and generate SRAM bitcell and process integration activities, including SWR/DOE experiments.
  • •Define test structures, run characterization, perform data analysis, and generate design rules and process control documents.
  • •Drive SRAM yield and qualification, including device characterization and device simulation to evaluate tradeoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience with CMOS and memory process flows, device integration, SRAM operation, and reliability.
  • •Experience simulating SRAM bitcells across process, electrical, and circuit levels for transistor design, bitcell functionality, and margin.
