Job Summary

Own complex delivery on the Customer Service stack in Dynamics 365, leading design and hands-on implementation of extensible features, integrations, and automations. Key Responsibilities

•Own complex delivery on the Customer Service stack in Dynamics 365, including designing and implementing extensible features, integrations, and automations.
•Deliver end-to-end Customer Service capabilities such as case/queue/routing, omnichannel (voice/chat/digital), workspace, knowledge, SLAs/entitlements, activities, email templates, and agent macros/scripts.
•Implement Dynamics 365 customizations using Dataverse schema, forms/views, business rules, JavaScript/TypeScript scripting, PCF (React/TS), plugins/custom workflow actions (.NET/C#), and Power Automate flows.
•Integrate with enterprise systems using Azure Functions/Service Bus/Logic Apps, API management, and CIF/CTI; ensure secure, scalable contracts and robust error handling.
•Set up and govern solution layering plus ALM/CI-CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), including automated tests/quality gates, performance telemetry, and mentoring via PR review and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•10+ years building on Dynamics 365/Dataverse with deep Customer Service & Omnichannel delivery and strong .NET/C# experience.
•Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) including PCF (React/TypeScript), plugins/workflows, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
•Proven integrations with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus/Events, Logic Apps), CIF/CTI, and enterprise identity.
•Hands-on ALM/CI-CD for Dynamics 365 solutions, including solution pack/unpack, environment strategy, automated deployments, and test automation.
•Strong stakeholder leadership, troubleshooting at scale, and documentation.
