Lead the go-to-market revenue marketing function by owning strategy and execution that drives pipeline and revenue growth across regions and partner channels. Direct a team of regional, partner, and product marketers, collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement for measurable impact, and report into the VP, Global Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the global GTM marketing strategy and translate commercial goals into an integrated marketing plan across regions and channels.
•Set regional marketing direction across North America, Europe, and MEA, including frameworks, priorities, and resourcing.
•Lead go-to-market marketing for products, solutions, offerings, and learning programs, partnering with Product and Solutions teams for positioning and launch campaigns.
•Provide strategic oversight for partner marketing and align investment with partner channel priorities to grow partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
•Set, track, and report GTM marketing performance metrics, ensuring marketing activity translates into qualified pipeline through alignment with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in go-to-market, field marketing, demand generation, or related functions in a high-growth technology company.
•7+ years in people management roles, demonstrating success leading and developing teams.
•Experience owning GTM marketing strategy across multiple regions/markets with direct pipeline and revenue accountability.
•Experience managing or closely partnering with partner/channel marketing to build and scale co-marketing programs.
•Experience connecting marketing activity to measurable revenue outcomes with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement.
