Job Summary

Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Hong Kong market, ensuring accurate, compliant, employee-centric delivery across onboarding, lifecycle changes, benefits, payroll coordination, immigration, and offboarding. Own HK statutory compliance and maintain HR data integrity. Improve processes by leveraging technology and automation (including AI tools), analyze operational issues, and deliver metrics and reports. Partner across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors to strengthen service quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle for Hong Kong, delivering services accurately and compliantly.
•Oversee onboarding and first-day preparation, orientation programs, and related onboarding processes.
•Manage day-to-day HR operational activities including lifecycle changes, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, immigration, employment documentation, and statutory submissions.
•Own Hong Kong statutory compliance including HK Employment Ordinance, MPF enrollment and contributions, salaries tax filings (IR56B/E/F/G), and statutory leave/benefit calculations.
•Improve HR workflows by identifying root causes and leveraging technology or automation (including AI tools), and produce HR operational metrics and reports to support decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
•5–7+ years of HR Operations experience, with at least 3 years specializing in the Hong Kong market.
•Strong command of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, salaries tax requirements, and statutory benefit obligations.
•Proven experience managing immigration matters in Hong Kong (IANG, Employment Visa, dependent visas).
•Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken); Mandarin is an advantage.
