Job Summary

Join the DP World Control Tower team in Limerick as a Logistics Customer Service Specialist. You’ll be the central point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and issues, providing shipment and delivery updates, and coordinating with internal operations, logistics, warehousing, and external carriers to support on-time delivery. You’ll maintain accurate customer interaction records, contribute to service improvements, and ensure performance against company policies and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver professional, responsive customer service by handling client inquiries, requests, and issues efficiently.
•Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on shipment status, delivery timelines, and potential delays.
•Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, and warehousing) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
•Track shipments with external carriers and partners, resolve discrepancies, and support on-time delivery.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions and contribute to process improvements while meeting SLA requirements.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in English (written and spoken).
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role; logistics or supply chain experience is advantageous.
•Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is desirable.
