Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA cutover strategy, governance, and deployment methodology.
  • •Lead global cutover activities across multiple implementation waves and manage regional cutover teams.
  • •Direct integrated deployment schedules across workstreams including production migrations, transports, data migration, infrastructure readiness, and disaster recovery validation.
  • •Own global deployment risk management, including executive risk assessments, rollback/contingency strategies, and handling cross-program dependencies.
  • •Lead hypercare and operational transition, coordinating command center operations, executive incident escalations, and post-go-live lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of SAP implementation and enterprise transformation experience and 10+ years leading enterprise-scale SAP programs.
  • •8+ years leading SAP Cutover, Deployment, or Release Management organizations.
  • •Experience leading at least three global SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with multi-country, multi-wave deployments.
  • •Demonstrated organizational and executive leadership skills supporting large SAP transformations.
