Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and air conditioning equipment and leaving the space clean.
  • •Perform refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
  • •Prep spaces thoughtfully after equipment removal so the new install starts on the right foot.
  • •Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately, troubleshoot, and stay compliant with local building codes.
  • •Provide a standout customer experience and catch quality issues early, speaking up when something needs correction.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience, including working in attics and crawlspaces and in physically demanding environments.
  • •HVACR license (required).
  • •EPA Section 608 Certification (required or actively in progress).
  • •Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics, and troubleshoot confidently.
  • •Working knowledge of local building codes and strong refrigerant handling skills (recovery, evacuation, charging).
