Job Summary

Lead consulting engagements within Visa’s Asia Pacific Consulting Practice (VCA), supporting delivery for clients in China to drive portfolio growth and improved profitability. Build proposals and project plans, gather requirements from presales through strategic planning, and manage complex project execution using governance frameworks. Create client materials, conduct interviews and analytics (including modeling and scoring), produce executive presentations, and contribute to reusable IP and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Build client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles, and responsibilities.
•Drive delivery across the project lifecycle, using governance frameworks and resolving complex issues.
•Prepare project materials such as interview guides, data requirements, concepts, and frameworks.
•Undertake client interviewing and analyze inputs including client information, data, processes, policies, and competitive/environmental context.
•Create and maintain models, contribute to IP and standardized VCA offerings, and deliver client presentations with recommendations tied to business objectives.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in management or technology consulting related to the credit card industry or within credit card management.
•Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
•Team-oriented collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
•Excellent presentation skills with strong oral and writing capabilities.
•8+ years’ experience in consulting, strategy, issuing, or acquiring/merchant roles, with strong knowledge of analytics tools (including SAS) and database structures.
