  • •Analyze applicable coverage, determine whether claims are covered, and set/adjust reserves throughout the claim lifecycle within authority limits.

  • •Deliver customer service through proactive communication, inquiry handling, and adherence to customer protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to determine coverage and scope/exposure for moderately complex claims and work within authority limits.
