Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or related field, or Master’s degree or PhD in a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of CMP industry experience.
  • •Experience with dielectric and metal CMP, including slurry-pad interactions.
  • •Hands-on experience with CMP tools and endpoint systems.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
